In order to restore a damaged or worn down tooth, Dr. Maleki will use a crown, or artificial cap, to completely cover the remaining tooth structure. The crown is made to look, feel, and function just like a normal tooth, & once cemented in place will be completely indistinguishable from the real thing.

For missing teeth, Dr. Maleki sometimes uses bridges which are comprised of an artificial tooth supported by connections to two crowned teeth, literally bridging the gap.

Far more often (about 95% of the time), Dr. Maleki will recommend the missing tooth be replaced through the use of dental implants.
